### English Translation Title: Cleaning Up Internet Cafes to Protect Minors

News summary: Our newsroom reports that recently the Chengxi Branch of the Xining Public Security Bureau, together with the district Culture & Tourism Bureau and Market Regulation Bureau, carried out a joint special enforcement inspection of internet cafes and other internet-service outlets in the area. Inspectors checked key items one by one: real-name registration for users, retention of internet logs, network and wiring safety, business licenses, and measures to keep minors out. Violations were pointed out on the spot and operators were urged to make corrections.

The joint inspection team warned cafe managers about weak areas, reiterated rules on industry regulation, cybersecurity, and workplace safety, and required operators to carry out routine self-checks and to strictly enforce real-name registration and protections for minors. The Chengxi Public Security Branch said it will deepen multi-department cooperation, increase random and off-hour inspections, and work to eliminate hidden risks and ensure problems are fully corrected, in order to keep the local cyberspace clean and protect the cultural market order.

Reflection and encouragement: Internet cafes are part of community life, but how well they are regulated directly affects family life and the safety of young people. When operators follow the rules and regulators remain vigilant, risks are greatly reduced and children’s learning and growth are better protected from harmful influences.

The Scriptures also remind us about training and guidance, showing that daily attention to details and steady management matter. May everyone in society do their part, with honesty and diligence, to keep a shared moral baseline and give the next generation a more secure place to grow.

Scripture: “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
